Fit for Life is an exercise program for men and women 65+. Orientation and registration will take place on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at 9:30 am at Westview. The registration fee is $40, and subsidies are available upon request. We will meet on Tuesday & Thursday mornings beginning Tuesday, October 10.
